Wednesday, June 06, 2012 A Day In The Life of Brethren Housing I'm always inspired to see an enthusiastic bike rider. Today when I arrived at BHA Roxy was cruisin' through the parking as her mom looked on. You go Roxy!

Saturday, June 02, 2012 2012 Spring Thaw Bike Tour Highlights A perfect sunny day greeted riders and fans for the 7th edition of the Spring Thaw Bike Tour on Saturday, May 12 (Mother's Day Weekend) to Honor Thy Mother and the Moms at BHA. Thirty-five riders joined us to ride 25 and 50 mile loops around Dauphin, Lebanon and Lancaster counties. These riders helped raise over $13,500 for BHA...our biggest year ever in both numbers of riders and dollars raised for BHA programs. We were very thankful to Palmyra Brethren In Christ Church for being willing to host our event on just a few days notice. Our planned host site needed us to relocate at the last minute due to a large funeral. Friday, June 01, 2012 2012 BHA Golf Tournament Highlights It was a beautiful day. It was our biggest day ever. And yet it was also a somber day. Less than 48 hours before our tournament began, long-time golf course manager Roy Sauder died suddenly. We were shocked and saddened, as was his family. But they told us to go ahead with our tournament...and the family at Par-Line Golf Course in Elizabethtown did an excellent job, as always, in this our 10th annual event. 119 golfers joined us for a day of fun and festivities, including our new putting and survival ball contests, silent auction, and skill prizes, all culminating with Par-Line's famous porkchop dinner. All in all, we raised over $11,000 for our work at BHA, and had a great time doing so. Thanks everyone! LEAD SPONSORS
