Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival: Get Your Tickets!
Ridgeway Community Church Of The Brethren, 525 N. Progress Avenue, Susquehanna Township, Harrisburg, will present its fourth annual Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival, Saturday and Sunday, December 4 and 5, 6 p.m., in the Fellowship Hall of the church. The free-will offering from the Saturday night (December 4) performance has been designated to support our work at BHA. Thank you Ridgeway Church family! Tickets are free but should be reserved in advance by calling the church office at (717) 545-4542 or by e-mailing your request to office@ridgewaycob.org. Welcome, Jill!
 We'd like to welcome Jill Kane to the BHA staff. We recently said farewell to Tausha Bulgrien and Jill has taken her place as our new Childcare Coordinator. Jill is responsible for the management of all aspects of childcare for BHA participant functions, primarily weekly Support Group meetings and monthly Bagwashi Circle nights. Her role includes recruitment, basic training and supervision of volunteers, as well as the development of a curriculum in collaboration with the Program Staff. Jill has a B.A. in Youth Ministry from Messiah College and a M.A. in Urban Studies/Arts in Transformation from Eastern University. Over the past 10 years, Jill has served in various professional and volunteer opportunities in the Harrisburg community. Jill and her newlywed husband Brad, are the caretakers of a new bed and breakfast in Midtown Harrisburg.
